Who it's for
- Must serve as Executive Director or CEO of a nonprofit
- Ready to invest in deeper leadership practice
- Committed to a confidential peer community
Format
- 6 monthly cohort sessions, 90 minutes each
- 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions with Tim
- 6 one-on-one executive coaching sessions with Jeff
- DISC Assessment completed, analyzed and debriefed with the cohort as well as within one-on-one executive coaching sessions
- Cohort pairings each month so members can get to know one another between cohort sessions
- Application deadline: August 15, 2026
- Short application + 30-minute Zoom interview with the founders
