Our 8th cohort — 10–15 executive leaders from nonprofits of varying size and mission, gathering monthly to strengthen practice, community, and clarity.

  • One monthly cohort session
  • 60-minute monthly 1:1 coaching with both Jeff and Tim

  • Short application + 30-minute Zoom interview with the founders
